Community Screening - up to 50 ppl (organizer has DVD) - $75
In order to screen The Great Postal Heist (or any film) outside of your home for an audience, a public performance rights (PPR) license is required. A PPR is required even if you have a DVD or have purchased an On Demand option as those are intended for "personal use". A license is charged to defray the costs of producing and distributing the film.
This PPR license is meant for a one-time public, non-admission screening event for up 50 ppl arranged by a community organizer or organization in a public venue that they secure. No ticketed admissions can be charged but donations can be accepted.
The fee will need to be paid in full before your screening. If the attendance will exceed 50 people, please contact
screenings@cinemalibrestudio.com for pricing options.
With this option, no admission can be charged, however you can:
1) Accept donations at the event to defray costs or
2) Resell copies of the DVD (available for bulk purchase at a significant discount in
5 packs and
10 packs.
3) For screening requests outside of the U.S., we will contact you for details and may need to cancel/refund if there’s a conflict with a potential rights holder.

This option is meant for people who already have a copy of the DVD.
