PHOSFATE - PUBLIC PERFORMANCE RIGHTS LICENSE – $195 (up to 200 people)
Our standard license for Film Festivals, Governmental Agencies, Universities, Educational Institutions, Faith-based Organizations, Conferences, National Non-Profits & For-Profit Institutions
In order to screen PHOSFATE (or any film) outside of your home for an audience, a public performance rights (PPR) license is required. A PPR is required even if you have a DVD or have purchased an On Demand option as those are intended for "personal use". A license is charged to defray the costs of producing and distributing the film.
This PPR license is meant for a one-time public, non-admission screening event for up to 200 people arranged by governmental agencies, conferences, national non-profits and for-profit institutions. The full fee will need to be paid in full before your screening. If the attendance will exceed 200 people, please contact
screenings@cinemalibrestudio.com for pricing options.
With this option, no admission can be charged, however you can:
1) Accept donations at the event to defray costs or
2) Resell copies of the DVD (available for bulk purchase at a significant discount in
5 packs and
10 packs.
3) For screening requests outside of the U.S., we will contact you for details and may need to cancel/refund if there’s a conflict with a potential rights holder.
